Quality of Layout (2/5)
Well the colors of the layout are sort of bright. Maybe next time you should choose lighter or even darker colors! You could also try to save your images as .png. The .jpg format makes images look sharper and that isn't good! The white with the blue also is pretty harsh to my eyes! =P
Layout Design (16/20)
I like this layout because of the rectangle/circle combination. Really cute! =D The reason you got a 15 was again because of the color choice! The stylesheet is also kind of boring. The only colors that you used were white and that was boring and you can hardly see it. Maybe you should have used some different colors from you layout like that deep blue in the circle image! =P

Hmm... for your affiliates, you could apply to mores sites to make you site more popular. You don't have that much so you could use some, if you want! =D For the affiliation page, there isn't a space between your rules and the form so it looks kind of bunched. But you could add a paragraph tag to easily fix this! The "Link Us" page is really good. Maybe you could add some buttons in other sizes like 88x31 and 468x60.

For your credits page, maybe you could add some more credits like inspiration sites and stuff like that! Your awards page is good. One thing I would suggest though is putting the sites link up under the awards so we know where you got it from! Your biography page is not that in-depth! Maybe you should add more than 2 sentences. Tell us about like the first time TSD opened and how much the site has grown! The past looks page is good. The only problem I came across is that the image opens in the same frame. Change the target of the image so that it opens in a new window. The past updates page is kind of pointless but you can keep it if you want! The designer application page is good! The SOTM and Reviews pages are good too.
Pick-Up
Well I don't really think that a Pick-Up page is good to have on a designs site people tend to take graphics that aren't theirs and they use it on their site and play it off as their graphics!
Designers
Well... I don't think that it is good to have the designers page on another site. It would be better if they opened in the main frame and everybody didn't have a different layout. It would look much, much more organized if you did this!
Spelling and Grammar (13/15)
I think that your spelling is good it is just the grammar that I am worried about. For instance, on your Pick-Up page, alot of the words aren't capitalized when they need to be. This easily can be fixed around though!
Site/WWW Page (14/15)
Your site page is fabulous!!! The only thing is that the old updates page isn't that necessary and could be deleted if you like.
Attitude (15/15)
You are really nice to your visitors!! There is nothing that I would change about your attitude. It is the right kind of attitude that everyone in the web should have! =D
Suggestions
